HELP & SUPPORT OTHERS IN UNEXPECTED TIMES OF NEED
The KOWBOY KREWE FOUNDATION started as a group of good friends who started the “KREWE” as a yearly snow ski trip to Red River, New Mexico, for “Mardi Gras in the Mountains”. Once official, the KREWE began to grow and became a yearly event.
On January 2014, one of the KREWE members was diagnosed with a very rare Cancer. KOWBOY KREWE member Ralph Baisden shortly passed away only 4 months later. This was something none of us could ever have ever imagined and was so unexpected. That is when our KREWE of friends became even closer.
With the help of all the KREWE members, family, friends, friends of friends, and people we didn’t even know wanted to help. Our first event raised over $50,000 in one night alone! This was only with the help of so many caring people. This is when we decided we should do this for others less fortunate by raising funds through activities for the sole purpose to distribute the funds to people of persons in need of food, lodging, housing, medical costs, burial costs or any other community to civic financial need. This couldn’t have happened without each and every one who participated and made it happen.
THE KREWE THAT CARES
Losing our KOWBOY RALPH was such an unexpected illness. No one expects this to happen to them or anyone they know, but it happens every day and it could happen to someone you know, or even you. KOWBOYS WHO CARE: OUR PURPOSE IS TO HELP & SUPPORT OTHERS IN UNEXPECTEDTIMES OF NEED. We are a KREWE of Great Friends that want to give back to those in a difficult times. The KREWE can only achieve our goals with the assistance of your generous donations. Without your donations, serving others in their time of unexpected need would not be possible. With your help our NON PROFIT FOUNDATION we can help so many in return. Five or Ten dollars won’t make much difference in your life, but it will make a big difference in someone else’s in a time of need. Even small amounts help- and larger amounts help even more. Our 2015 contributions as of now are planning on helping with the holidays for families that are in need.
Our website KOWBOYKREWE.COM is always open to suggest a family member, neighbor, church member, coworker that is in need of some unexpected help. We are looking forward to helping others with your help. No one plans or is usually prepared for an unexpected health problems, medical issues, losing a job. It happens every day. We all know that firsthand. WE ARE THE KREWE THAT CARES!!
